Urinary incontinence can occur while Laughing, sneezing, coughing or exercising. This is common in young mothers, but it can occur at all ages.It is usually treated with pelvic physiotherapy (and sometimes even surgery), but nowadays it can also be treated with a painless vaginal laser treatment; FemiLift.
How does it work?
With a vaginal laser treatment, the vaginal wall is strengthened. The laser stimulates the mucous membranes and the underlying connective tissue of the vagina, so the vagina better supports the urethra. The treatment takes place at the outpatient clinic and can be performed without anesthetic. 3 treatments are required every 4-6 weeks. Thereafter, every 1-2 years, 1-2 treatments are needed to maintain the effect.
Non-surgical treatment with laser: FemiLift
The advantage of the FemiLift laser is that it is not invasive treatment. There are no restrictions after treatment. The treatment is generally painless. Improvement of the connective tissue and therefore of the firmness of the vagina, makes that about 85% of the treated women no longer suffer from urinary incontinence.Patient can immediately return her normal activities after treatment.

I HAD A PROCEDURE TO REJUVENATE MY VAGINA—HERE’S WHAT HAPPENED15 Oct
Confession: I wet my pants. I pee a little when I'm running to catch up with my speedy toddler. I pee a little when I sneeze. Or laugh too hard. And I cannot go near a bouncy house or a trampoline park—they're my worst nightmare.
I was never a bed-wetter. I never had accidents as a kid. I was NOT the kid who smelled like pee. In fact, everything was fine until I gave birth to my kids. Maybe it's supposed to be a cosmic lesson in empathy, that when your kids are soiling themselves in diapers, you can't jump over a puddle or run to catch a train without peeing a little on yourself. I don't want to be the mom who has to cut in front of my potty training toddler in the bathroom line, chirping, "Mommy first! Then you get to go!"

LUX~A Medical Spa Announces the Arrival of FemiLift10 Aug
Dr. Carmen Traywick and Dr. Frederick Weniger of LUX-A Medical Spa are pleased to announce the arrival of FemiLift laser treatment to their Bluffton, SC, practice.
FemiLift is an innovative FDA-approved non-surgical vaginal rejuvenation treatment. The procedure uses fractional CO2 laser technology to revitalize the vaginal tissues, by stimulating the production of collagen. The laser deep heats the inner layers of the vaginal tissue, so as to tighten the tissue and restore proper function to the entire vaginal area.
"FemiLift is a cutting-edge procedure that is quick and painless, and has been clinically proven to treat feminine health concerns such as vaginal dryness, vaginal laxity, and recurring infections," says Dr. Carmen Traywick, co-founder of LUX~A Medical Spa. "It has also been shown to have a positive impact on a patient's overall quality of life," she adds.
FemiLift is a safe and effective treatment that does not involve surgery or downtime and has long-lasting results. It is an in-office procedure that takes about 15 minutes to perform. Patients can expect to see results after a single treatment, and this will continue over the course of the recommended number of 3 treatments.

Women Are Actually Getting Vagina Lifts To Fix Saggy Vaginas24 Jul
"When you think about the effects of aging, you probably envision crow’s feet, a slowed metabolism, and maybe the dreaded hot flashes that many a menopausal woman has bemoaned. Lower on that list—for me at least—is the possibility that along with my chin and boobs, my vagina could actually start to sag one day. Ah, Mother Nature—she can be a blessing and a bitch."
Gynecological surgeon, Dr. Prudence Hall says that “As women age, our vaginal tissues become thinner and more atrophic.” Dr. Hall founder of the Santa Monica-based regenerative medicine clinic The Hall Center. “Youthful vaginal tissue is elastic and pliable to accommodate childbirth, allowing for easy and painless intercourse. Contrary to that is aging—or postpartum—vaginal tissue. In these cases the vagina can become dry and stretched out, creating less sexual sensitivity and real discomfort for women.”

As far as publicity stunts go, the “first ever designer vagina showcase” was pretty damn effective. Timed to coincide with the spectacular runway parades that mark New York Fashion Week, the event was Dr. Amir Marashi’s chance to show the world what he can do: With a little slicing and suturing, he can give you the vagina of your dreams.
Inside the sprawling midtown conference room where the “show” would take place, sparkling rosé and cupcakes were served. Guests were greeted by a perfectly taut, hair-free, millennial pink silicone vagina model, which Dr. Marashi then used to explain the slate of procedures on offer during his powerpoint presentation of before-and-after vulva shots.
Dr. Marashi is the owner of the Brooklyn Gyn Place clinic and a diplomat of American Board of Obstetrics & Gynecology
